Accommodation :

Clacton Room - King size bed, which can be separated, should you wish twin beds (as shown) for stays of 2 nights or more.  A cot bed is available for younger guests.  En-suite private bathroom.

Cromer Room - King size bed, and two twin beds should a family wish to stay together, with en-suite private bathroom.  This room can also be re-arranged into separate twin beds (48 hours notice required to change room format as shown) for stays of 2 nights or more.

Both rooms have ceiling fans and base board heating which is thermostatically controlled and large west facing windows with uninterrupted views of the woods and wildlife including : deer, humming birds, woodpeckers, and eagles. 

Available at no charge is a fold down travel cot for our younger visitors whom we welcome to Woodview.

Each room has Satellite TV, clock radio alarms, wireless internet, somewhere to sit, night stand, reading lamp, and ample closet and storage space.  Fresh linen is always available and there are extra pillows and bedding in all rooms. Should you forget a bathroom item we always have a selection of toiletries for your convenience.

Should you wish to mix with other guests or prepare food for children we have a communal kitchenette, with a table and chairs located outside the rooms comprising microwave oven, fridge, toaster and kettle. Cutlery and crockery including wine and beer glasses are also available.  For those guests that do not have Wi-Fi capability there is an internet connection located here as well and a phone for local calls and emergency use only.

Laundry facilities are available at an additional cost upon request.

Our facility operates a strict no-smoking policy for the comfort of our guests, including the accommodation and grounds.

Rates and Policies :

Standard Room Rates

Clacton - $110-140 per night.  Rate adjustments for multiple nights.

Cromer - $120-150 per night.  Additional $25 per person to a maximum of two additional beds.  Rate adjustments for multiple nights.

Rates include full breakfast menu available on request.  Organic food and dietary requirements can be catered for at no additional cost.

Both rooms can accommodate our complimentary travel cot for guests under 2 years of age. 

We welcome children and can accommodate pets for $10 a night but not in the rooms.  Details on request.

We have our own dog her name is Callie and she loves people.

Check-in/out Times :

Check-in 3pm to 6pm or by prior arrangement.
Check-out  prior to 11am.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit (credit card) secures rooms; all deposits are fully refundable up to seven days before booking commences.

During high season : May-Sept inclusive, 100% of the booking deposit will be charged from seven days to 48 hour prior to booking start date.  (Low season Oct-April 50%).

Non-arrivals or less than 48 hours notice will be charged full fee.

Unused days or early departures are non- refundable.
